1927-D Standing Liberty Quarter, Extremely Fine Discounted 0812-38

1927-D Standing Liberty Quarter, Extremely Fine+. A date not known for being well struck over all, this is better than many. Details close to AU, much of the Obverse looking just slightly mushy and rounded. Out of a very old set, this was cleaned a long time ago and mostly toned back now, the Obverse being darker as it was on the last page of a Whitman folder, covered by the paper flap. Please note that the Obverse is somewhat darker than shown in my image (it appears lighter due to reflection of the light used to image it), with more of a olive-gray cast. Considerable luster remains on the Reverse, however this would not certify in a normal holder in my opinion. Regardless of the old cleaning, a tough coin to find and certainly not a horrible looking specimen either; suitable for a mid to upper range circulated set of the series. Good Luck & Good Hunting!
