This sovereign is 200 years old and looking beautiful. 1820 was the Jubilee year of the monarch, who to this day remains the longest English /British serving King. 1820 was also the last year of issue of this very first type of modern gold sovereign stick.

Obverse: laureate portrait of King George III (grand father of Queen Victoria) by Pistrucci. Reverse : St George slaying the dragon, within a gayer beating the inscription "HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE" by Pistrucci.
